PROJECT ACCESS

WE NEED YOUR VOICE TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE

Project Access is a new initiative to investigate the problem of individuals and families finding timely and affordable mental health or addictions care.

You can help by completing an anonymous survey that was created to discover how easy or difficult it is for people to find the help that they need. It should take you no more than 20 minutes and we do not ask for your name.

The results will be used to inform government officials and health insurers to bring about change. If you agree, please complete the survey at the following link: http://studentvoice.com/liu/projectaccess

Project Access is supported by the Long Island Unitarian Universalist Fund at the Long Island Community Foundation and is IRB approved by LIU-Post.

Access delayed is access denied.

Thanks for your help.
